Platform terms

A controlled introduction service.

Our role

Sell My Business NI provides advertising, confidential screening and introduction services. We are not a party to any business sale and do not provide legal, tax, financial, investment or valuation advice.

No commitment to transact

Submitting an enquiry, registering as a buyer, signing a confidentiality agreement or receiving an introduction does not require any party to proceed with a transaction.

Accuracy and verification

Users must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge and must be authorised to act for the business or buyer they represent. Profiles and buyer registrations may be declined, paused or removed where information cannot be verified.

Confidentiality

Users must not attempt to identify an anonymous seller, bypass the staged disclosure process, contact staff or customers, or share information received through the service. Additional confidentiality agreements may apply to individual opportunities.

Independent advice and due diligence

Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own investigation, valuation, funding, negotiations and professional advice. No profile, introduction or screening decision is a guarantee about a person, business or proposed transaction.

Fees

Any paid service, duration and scope will be confirmed before payment. Third-party professional fees are separate. Launch prices displayed on the website may change for future instructions.
